This week has been completely overwhelming to my poor rods and cones. Firstly, there were the minutes crept into hours spent on Pinterest, gathering ideas and references for new projects and endeavors. Then there was the download of an Ebook by NASA of photos taken from space of earth, presented as art. It's a free download, and stunning. Then there was seeing Life of Pie last night in 3-D, which was two hours of gorgeous. And now, this morning, an article on NPR about the artist behind the cover art of one my favorite albums from high school, and the collages behind it. I had completely forgotten about the how much I loved the artwork from the Smashing Pumpkin's 1995 record, but it must have sunk in somewhere.
My eyes need a nap.
