A Very Sad Day

Yesterday afternoon, Al's boss was killed in an accident while riding his bike home from work. Keith Moon was the owner of Moon Woodworking, and was a great guy. We often saw him at Bikram Yoga, or with his family at Obama Rallies. He was an outdoorsman and a musician and a dog lover and a father, and I am sure much much more. The cabinet shop is a small one,a close knit group, and Al and his co-workers are definitely feeling the loss.

My husband and I had an entertainment unit built by Keith Moon Woodworking almost 7 years ago. We still rave about it and recommend the company to anyone planning to have woodwork done. We were just talking about him last weekend, about how his company only had to do one perfect job for us to garner our accolades for life. I'm proud to have his work in my home, and filled with sorrow for his family. Proof of his life and the quality of his skill survives in many places in this area.

Here is a Keith Moon memorial website set up by his sister. It has a guest book and photo album. Thanks for your support.
